AUDIO-TECHNICA U.S., INC. (collectively referred to herein as “AUDIO-TECHNICA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This “Privacy Policy” informs you about our practices regarding the treatment of information we collect from you online, the kinds of information we collect, how that information is used, with whom we share it, and how you can opt-out of a use, or correct or change such information. 1. Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information (your “Visitor Information”) is collected, used, and shared in connection with your access to and/or visitation or use of:

  • Any third-party application or third-party sites, social networks, or social media sites (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Discord, etc., collectively “Applications”)

This Privacy Policy also describes your choices and rights regarding the use, access, and correction or deletion of your Visitor Information held by us. When accessing and/or using the Site, you may be asked to provide clear and unequivocal affirmative consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your Visitor Information via opt-in procedures such as checking a box to receive our e-newsletters. We also collect, process, and share your information in accordance with our legal bases for use of your data, which are more fully described in Section 3.

The Site is owned and operated by AUDIO-TECHNICA, and this Privacy Policy only applies to Visitor Information obtained by AUDIO-TECHNICA in connection with or related to your use of the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by us or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any Application or content (including advertisements) that may link to or be accessible from, or on, our Site.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time as further described in Section 7, and your continued use of the Site means that you are agreeing to be bound by the most recently updated version of this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection: General Information We Collect

We collect Visitor Information when you use our Site. Sometimes you submit Visitor Information to us yourself, other times your Visitor Information is collected automatically. Our handling of your Visitor Information is generally limited to product registration, e-newsletter registration, addressing warranty-related issues, shipping products to end-users, order processing, return processing, sponsoring, and hosting giveaways, facilitating rebates, and handling and resolving general inquiries. You are not required to provide AUDIO-TECHNICA the data that we request, but if you choose not to do so, we may not be able to provide you with our services or respond to any inquiries you have.

Information Collected When You Use Our Site

The type or category of Visitor Information collected varies based on how it was gathered. Visitor Information we collect may include information by which you can be personally identified such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number and other information that you voluntarily submit (e.g., when you submit an order on the Site or request to receive our e-newsletter subscription). In general, your personally identifiable information means any Visitor Information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you, your household, or your devices (your “PII”). PII does not include:

  • publicly available information from government records;
  • de-identified or aggregate information; or
  • certain other personal data protected by other sector-specific state or federal law.

We automatically collect Visitor Information about your usage of our Site that does not include PII (e.g., the content that you choose to view and how you interact with it), and information about you that third parties share with us if such third parties have previously received your consent to do so. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Site, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a uniform standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will comply with such standard and will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

AUDIO-TECHNICA does not collect or process any data through our Site regarding the following:

  • Race or ethnic origin;
  • Political opinions;
  • Religious or philosophical beliefs;
  • Trade union memberships;
  • Genetic or biometric data;
  • Health or mortality;
  • Sexual activity or orientation; or
  • Criminal convictions or offenses.

We collect several categories of Visitor Information from and about users of our Site, including:

  • Identity and Contact Information – We collect and/or use your first and last name, preferred pronouns, email address, business email address, social media handle, shipping address, billing address, phone number, position/job title, content creation information, and if applicable, a recipient’s first and last name.
  • Technical Data and Unique Device Identifiers – We collect IP addresses, operating system information, links clicked, pages visited, browser type, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, and referring websites of visitors to our Site (when possible).
  • Commercial Information – We collect records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
  • Non-Identifying Information We collect information that is about you but does not individually identify you, such as aggregate information about pages visited, length of time spent on our Site and its webpages, etc.
  • Purchase InformationIf you submit an order through our Site, we collect your first and last name, shipping address, billing address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information or payment information.

On our Site, we collect your Visitor Information through various means, including through:

  • Purchase orders;
  • Contact forms such as registration forms, service and support forms, e-newsletter sign up, and general inquiry forms, or when you email us directly;
  • Responses to surveys we conduct from time to time;
  • Social media plugins; and
  • Web-tracking and website analytics technologies, such as cookies and web beacons.

Voluntary Submission

AUDIO-TECHNICA collects Visitor Information that is voluntarily provided by you or with your permission. For example, we ask you for information, such as your name, address, phone number, credit card or payment information, and e-mail address when you register to receive our e-newsletters, when you participate in activities on the Site, when you submit an order through the Site, or otherwise when you contact us. All information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such information. You always have the option not to provide the information we request. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit the Site, but you may be required to provide your information by other means if it is needed to provide our services to you.

To review and change your Visitor Information, please contact us in accordance with Section 8 of this Privacy Policy. If you have created a user account on our Site, deleting your Visitor Information will result in the deletion of your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change your Visitor Information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause your Visitor Information to be incorrect. Please review Section 6 concerning Privacy Rights and Considerations for more information concerning your rights regarding our collection and use of your Visitor Information.

Our Third-Party Vendors

We collect and process your Visitor Information by or in collaboration with our third-party vendors as outlined below.

  • If you submit an order through the Site, your credit card (or other payment information) is processed by our affiliate Technica Logistics, Inc. (“TLI”) using our third-party vendors, Stripe Inc. (“Stripe”) and PayPal Holdings, Inc. (“PayPal”), through their online payment programs.   • Additionally, for orders submitted through the Site, certain Visitor Information regarding payment acceptance is shared by Stripe and PayPal with our e-commerce platform Shopify.   • Vertex, our third-party vendor, collects certain non-identifying elements of your Visitor Information to calculate sales tax on Site orders. For more information regarding the collection of your Visitor Information by Vertex, please review the Vertex privacy policy by clicking here.
  • HubSpot, our third-party vendor, collects and processes your Visitor Information for various purposes, including:
    • Processing your product return request if you submit a Return Request Form;
    • Processing your order support request if you request support for an order placed through the Site;
    • Processing your product support request if you request product support from our Audio Solutions Team;
    • Processing your product service request if you request product repair or service by submitting a Service Form; and
    • Providing you with marketing emails for product announcements and updates if you choose to sign up for our general e-newsletter; and
    • Providing you with marketing emails for product announcements, updates, and technical insights if you choose to sign up for our Broadcast Audio Business e-newsletter.

  • To communicate effectively between our systems, our third party-vendor, True Commerce Inc. (“TrueCommerce”) is used to exchange order information in a secure and standardized format, so that we can process and ship your order.   • SAP SE (“SAP”), is a third-party enterprise resource planning vendor that helps integrate business processes, such as finance, payments, order processing and shipping, manufacturing, and sales, into one central stream to ensure seamless processing and high-quality service. Visitor Information, generated from orders placed on the Site, is transferred from TrueCommerce to SAP to facilitate internal order processing and shipping.   • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)

    We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when handling credit card data. Through the Site, AUDIO-TECHNICA currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as authorized payment methods for product orders. All payment transactions through the Site are processed by our third-party vendor Shopify using either of our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, through their online payment programs, in adherence to PCI-DSS and other applicable standards.  AUDIO-TECHNICA, at its sole election, may discontinue support for any payment method or it may support additional payment methods (i.e., Apple Pay, Google Wallet or Amazon Payments). We will update this Privacy Policy in accordance with Section 7 if we change our accepted payment methods or how we handle credit card data.

    Third-Party Websites

    The Site may contain links to websites and Applications not owned or controlled by AUDIO-TECHNICA (“Third-Party Websites”). If you choose to click on a link for a Third-Party Website, that Third Party Website may collect your personal information and/or information about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. We do not:

    • have any control over Third-Party Websites;
    • processes any Visitor Information submitted to Third-Party Websites; and
    • endorse Third-Party Websites.

    We encourage you to be aware of Third-Party Websites and their privacy policies, as we are not responsible for their privacy policies or processing activities and practices. Please review the privacy policy of each website you visit before you submit any personal information.

    Web Beacons

    The web pages on our Site contain electronic images known as web beacons (invisible images often referred to as pixel tags or clear GIFs) that allow us to recognize users, assess traffic patterns, identify preferred content, and measure engagement with our Site. We also include web beacons in our e-mail messages, including e-newsletters for purposes such as counting how many e-mail messages have been opened.

    Web beacons may also be placed by third-party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These web beacons may be used by third-party service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer. This allows the service provider to recognize your computer each time you visit certain web pages and compiles anonymous information in relation to those page views. This anonymous information enables us and our third-party service providers to learn which advertisements bring you to our websites and how you use the Site.

    Log Files

    Our servers log information about your IP address, your browser type, and the current URL you are visiting. This information is always provided by your browser and automatically logged. These log files are stored in a secure location and used in our internal analysis of traffic patterns.

    Cookies and Similar Tools

    Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small data file that is written to a computer's hard drive by a web browser. A cookie file can contain and/or automatically collect information, such as a user identification code or IP address that a website will use to track the pages and number of times you have visited. The data read from these cookies may be linked to PII and non-personally identifiable information (“non-PII”). Non-PII is limited to information that alone, or in combination with other information cannot be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual. We collect and use non-PII to help us improve our services, customize your experience, and analyze the use of our services. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of collected non-PII. We reserve the right to collect, use, and disclose such non-PII to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our sole discretion.

    We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies on the Site to personalize and optimize your browsing experience by:

    • providing you tailored content;
    • enabling social media features;
    • safeguarding against spam and malware;
    • analyzing trends, traffic, and user behavior; administering the Site;
    • gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole;
    • tracking web and advertising analytics throughout the Site;
    • remembering preferences and voluntarily submitted information such as your name, email, and login credentials;
    • performing location-related functionalities and analytics;
    • participating in market research (e.g., website ratings); and
    • educating AUDIO-TECHNICA about how the Site can continue to be improved.

    You may turn off cookies in your browser or have your browser warn you before accepting cookies. If you choose to turn off cookies, you may not be able to experience all of the features on our Site.

    Cookies used on the Site fall into the following subcategories:

    • Essential Cookies. Essential cookies are needed for Site functionality, and without them AUDIO-TECHNIA cannot provide core functions and features of our Site to you. These cookies collect and use information such as your server preferences, single-session data and corresponding identifier, web beacons and log files, and other credential-related information.
    • Analytic Cookies. Analytic cookies, also known as performance cookies, are used to collect data on user behavior to improve Site performance and functionality. These cookies collect and use information such as pages you visit and traffic sources.
    • Advertising Cookies. Advertising and marketing cookies are used by AUDIO-TECHNIA and our third-party providers to personalize the content you are shown and provide targeted advertisements. These cookies collect and use information such as device information, browsing history and browsing habits.

    Analytics

    Services providing analytic tools (“Analytic Services”), such as Google Analytics®, are used with the Site and transmit website traffic data to servers located within the United States. Analytic Services do not collect PII, identify individual users, or associate your IP address with any other data. We do not share any PII with our Analytic Services in connection with their performing of any services on our Site. We use reports provided by Analytic Services to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.

    We collect non-PII, such as IP addresses, operating systems, links clicked, pages visited, browser type, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, and referring websites of visitors to our Site. This information is collected for statistical analysis purposes such as:

    • maintaining the security and operation of our Site;
    • determining web-traffic trends; and
    • determining the effectiveness of our partnerships with other websites. Google’s ability to use and share information about your visit to the Site is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed and reviewed by clicking here.

3. Data Usage: How We Use Your Information

We collect, process, and disclose your Visitor Information only for specific and limited purposes.

Our primary goal in collecting, using, and sharing Visitor Information is to provide you with our services, enhance your experience on the Site, support the Site, and improve the Site features, performance, and other elements. We will not use your Visitor Information without a valid legal basis to do so, and we will only process your Visitor Information in a way that is compatible with and relevant to the purpose for which it was collected and authorized.

Legal Bases for Data Usage

In general, AUDIO-TECHNICA processes your Visitor Information in accordance with the following legal bases:

  • Consent – Where you have given us consent to process your Visitor Information for one or more specific purposes.
  • Legitimate Interests – Where processing your Visitor Information is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests. For example, we may process your Visitor Information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, or in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Performance of a Contract – Where we have entered into a contract with you, or you have requested that we take steps prior to entering into a contract, we process your Visitor Information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
  • Legal Obligations – Where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. For example, we may process your Visitor Information in response to a subpoena, or in response to public authorities as necessary to comply with national security or law enforcement requirements.
  • Vital Interests – Where processing your Visitor Information is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person. For example, we may process your Visitor Information where we believe it is necessary for humanitarian purposes such as monitoring epidemics or pandemics and their spread, or in situations of natural or human-caused disasters.
  • Public Interest – Where processing your Visitor Information is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

We collect and/or use your Visitor Information for the purposes mentioned above and the purposes of this Privacy Policy, in existence and as amended. The potential disclosures outlined herein serve as a Notice at Collection under the California Privacy Rights Act and other applicable data privacy regulations. When required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent to use and/or disclose your Visitor Information. Where you have given consent for processing activities, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

In accordance with the legal bases for processing your Visitor Information discussed above, AUDIO-TECHNICA collects, uses, and/or processes your Visitor Information for the following purposes:

To Facilitate and Improve Our Services

In order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in providing you with the best service, and understanding how we can improve our service based on your experience, we process your Visitor Information in the following circumstances:

  • To ensure that your orders end up in the right place and to provide customer support when needed;
  • To collect records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies for statistical purposes and to enable us to market more effectively to you;
  • To protect our business and your account from fraud and other illegal activities;
  • To maintain, update and safeguard your account;
  • To quickly identify and resolve any problems and protect the integrity of the Site;
  • To process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions; and
  • To present the Site and its content to you, request feedback, and to develop, test and improve the systems, services, and products we provide to you.

To Provide Communications to You

In accordance with our legal obligations, our legitimate interest to enhance your customer experience, or based on your consent, we process your Visitor Information in the following circumstances:

  • To send you communications required by law or which are necessary to inform you about the changes to the services we provide to you;
  • To send you communications regarding order, service and support requests, and tickets and information related to those requests, including surveys regarding consumer satisfaction;
  • From time to time, we may provide e-mails highlighting new features, promotions, or content on the Site to those users who have expressly provided us with their consent to send such communications. If you have opted-in to receive our e-newsletters, surveys, or other marketing information, including information related to giveaways, we may use this information to contact you for these purposes as well; 
  • If you choose to register your product, we process your Visitor Information and may contact you for that purpose;
  • When you provide us your email address in connection with a purchase you have initiated on the Site, but you do not complete the order process, AUDIO-TECHNICA may send you email communications regarding your order (an “Abandoned Cart Email”). Abandoned Cart Emails are for transactional purposes only and are not used for marketing purposes. Each Abandoned Cart Email will include a link providing you with the option to “Unsubscribe” from further communications regarding your uncompleted order.

When we collect information from you, you may inform us if you do not wish to be contacted for marketing/market research purposes. If you do not want to receive promotional information from us or our representatives, you may opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each communication (usually in the form of an “unsubscribe” link), or contact us in accordance with Section 8 of this Privacy Policy to update your personal contact preferences. Please note, unsubscribing from our emails will not prevent you from receiving transactional emails relating to orders, warranties, support, or service requests.

Sharing of Information as Necessary to Provide Information or Services

Based on our legitimate interest in operating the Site and providing our services to you, we may share   Visitor Information you have voluntarily provided during your use of our Site among AUDIO-TECHNICA and its affiliates, business partners, vendors, and other third parties. Sharing of information as outlined in this section is to accomplish the following purposes:

  • To provide hosting and other web-based services for AUDIO-TECHNICA and the Site;
  • To help us understand website traffic and webpage usage through our Analytic Services described in Section 2;
  • To provide e-mail messaging, text messaging, and account management for the Site;
  • To facilitate logistics services provided by our affiliate TLI to handle shipping of orders placed through the Site;
  • To facilitate warranty claims, product service requests, and product repair requests through our affiliate TLI.
  • To manage the product order process and process payments as outlined in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy, and to prevent fraudulent transactions; and
  • To provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of e-newsletter mailings, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services in accordance with Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.

When you sign up for or request any such service, we will share your Visitor Information as necessary for the affiliate or third party to provide that service. In some instances, these third parties collect information directly from you and you will be notified of the involvement of the external service provider. Such third parties are subject to agreements that require them to maintain the confidentiality of your information and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. We reserve the right not to track how you interact with any of the provided services. Please see Section 2 for additional information about our third-party vendors. If you do not want your Visitor Information to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer of your Visitor Information by not using that particular service offered through the Site.

In the Event of Change in Ownership or Control

The ownership or control of AUDIO-TECHNICA may change at some point in the future. Should that occur, it is in our legitimate interest for our Site and/or AUDIO-TECHNICA to be able to maintain a relationship with you. In the event of a change in ownership, merger, bankruptcy, or change in control of AUDIO-TECHNICA, your Visitor Information may be shared with the person or business that owns or controls the Site. You will be notified as described below in Section 7 of this Privacy Policy. Opting out of receiving information from third parties will not affect our right to transfer your Visitor Information to a new owner, but your choices will continue to be respected regarding the use of your Visitor Information.

As Required By Law

AUDIO-TECHNICA may process your Visitor Information if required to do so by law, or to otherwise comply with our contractual or legal obligations to share data with law enforcement. For example, we may disclose your Visitor Information to comply with a subpoena or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to applicable law, investigate fraud or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on AUDIO-TECHNICA, or to protect and defend the rights or property of AUDIO-TECHNICA.

4. Data Protection: How We Protect Your Information

AUDIO-TECHNICA takes the security of your Visitor Information very seriously. We take every effort to protect your Visitor Information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Our measures include implementing appropriate access controls, investing in information security capabilities to protect the IT environments we leverage, and ensuring we encrypt and anonymize personal data wherever possible. Access to your Visitor Information is only permitted among our employees and agents on a need-to-know basis, and subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations when processed by third parties.

Your Visitor Information may be stored on servers owned and operated by AUDIO-TECHNICA and our affiliates, by cloud/software service providers (“SaaS Services”) located in the United States, or in the United Kingdom in certain instances involving non-PII or with our third-party provider Aware Digital. Our SaaS Services are committed to using industry-standard physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards to protect information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and/or disclosure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to allow only the appropriate use of your Visitor Information, we utilize industry standard physical, technical, and administrative controls and procedures to safeguard the information we collect. To help ensure the integrity and privacy of the Visitor Information that you provide to us, we encrypt that information using secure socket layering (“SSL”).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect Visitor Information submitted to us, both during transmission of such information and during storage once we receive such information. When entering Visitor Information on the Site, look for the secure icon (typically an image of a lock) and ‘https’ designation in the address box of your browser window that indicates you are on a secure page. However, it must be noted that “perfect security” does not exist today. If you are concerned that your privacy may have been breached, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy.

The safety and security of your Visitor Information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) login credentials, including a password, for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping your credentials and the password confidential. We ask you not to share your credentials and password with anyone. Any transmission of Visitor Information by you is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Site.

5. Data Retention: How Long We Keep Your Visitor Information

We will only keep your Visitor Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us to keep your Visitor Information for longer than reasonably necessary.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Visitor Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Visitor Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Visitor Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. Third-Party Policies

Residents of the European Economic Area

AUDIO-TECHNICA does not actively target or market to any member state in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). However, we may engage with some customer companies who have or maintain a presence in the EEA or who have customers and data subjects in the EEA, any of which may be covered under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”).

Children’s Online Privacy Information

CHILDREN ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (“COPPA”) NOTIFICATION

Our Site is not designed for persons under the age of eighteen (18), or such higher age of majority in accordance with the applicable law or your state or country of residence, (the “Age of Majority”). Residents of California

AUDIO-TECHNICA does not sell any personal data it collects about you to third parties. AUDIO-TECHNICA shares data related to Log Files, Web Beacons, and Analytic Services with third parties in connection with maintaining and improving the Site. If you are a resident of California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), you have the right to:

  • Request AUDIO-TECHNICA disclose the categories and specific personal data that it has collected;
  • Request AUDIO-TECHNICA provide you with a copy of your personal data that it has collected;

AUDIO-TECHNICA will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of your rights under the CCPA. California’s “Shine The Light” law (California Civil Code §1798.83), permits users of our Site who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Visitor Information (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Residents of Nevada

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request by contacting us in accordance with Section 8 of this Privacy Policy. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

  • Request AUDIO-TECHNICA correct any inaccurate or outdated personal data we hold about you;
  • Request AUDIO-TECHNICA delete any inaccurate personal data we hold about you; and
  • Request AUDIO-TECHNICA withdraw your consent to any activities or processing of your personal data for which you have previously consented.
  • When we collect information from you, you may inform us if you do not wish to be contacted for marketing/market research purposes in accordance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. If you do not want to receive promotional information from us or our representatives, please use the unsubscribe option in your user account or the email you received, or contact us in accordance with Section 8 of this Privacy Policy to update your personal contact preferences. Note that unsubscribing from our emails will not prevent you from receiving transactional emails relating to orders, warranties, support, or service requests.

    If you would like to exercise your rights under PIPEDA, you may contact AUDIO-TECHNICA in accordance with Section 8 of this Privacy Policy. AUDIO-TECHNICA will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of your rights under PIPEDA.
