Designed to balance digital functionality with a warm, analog atmosphere, the facility includes three distinct areas: a flexible Main Floor, a dedicated Podcast Studio, and a Counter Area. Main Studio
The Main Studio is an open, multi-purpose space designed for flexibility. It can be arranged to suit various events, such as art exhibitions, talk sessions, or listening parties. The room features a high-quality sound system and can be configured with or without furniture depending on the usage.
Recording Studio
A dedicated soundproof studio for recording podcasts, narration, and voice-overs. The room involves a floating floor structure for acoustic isolation and is fully equipped with Audio-Technica dynamic microphones, monitoring headphones, and cameras for video streaming.
Counter Area
A counter area adjacent to the Main Studio, designed for communication and breaks. It is suitable for reception drinks, casual meetings, or serving coffee. Notably, the counter is designed to function as a sushi counter, making it perfect for exclusive omakase dining events or catering.

Capacity & Guidelines
The studio spans 3,588 sq ft, accommodating 50–70 guests for the whole space. Specific seating capacities include 16 in the Lounge, 6 at the Sushi Counter, 6 in the Conference Room, and 5 in the Recording Studio. Please note that actual capacity may vary depending on the layout.
